Refund policy
The refund split is simple and published before checkout.
Full refund if a paid order is never delivered — for example, the plan runs out of stock after payment, the tool is withdrawn, or the payment is verified but a key cannot be delivered.
Once a delivered key activates successfully, the sale is final. Subscription time cannot be returned.
If a delivered key does not activate, send a screenshot of the error through WhatsApp within 24 hours. We will replace it from stock, or refund it if no replacement exists. This is a delivery failure, not a change of mind.
For manual payments rejected because of a wrong amount or plan, the refund handling is recorded on the order and shared with the buyer.
