Never. AIM Playr sells keys, not account access. There is no password field in checkout, and no order is fulfilled by logging into your game. Support will never ask for your game credentials either.

Crypto orders deliver automatically once the gateway confirms the on-chain payment. Manual methods — Easypaisa, JazzCash, UPI, Paytm, PhonePe, Google Pay and Binance gift cards — move to review when you submit proof. The owner checks it, then the key is allocated and shown immediately. The order page polls for the status change, so you can leave it open.

Send a screenshot of the exact error on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery. If the key is faulty, we replace it from live stock. If no replacement exists, the order is refunded. A key that activates successfully is a final sale — subscription time cannot be returned. The full split is in the refund policy.

Yes. Open the Track order page with your order ID and the same WhatsApp number used at checkout. The page keeps the delivered key and its activation steps. No account is created and there is no password to reset.

Stock is counted from real keys in the database, not a hand-written number. A plan stops selling when its available keys reach zero. It stays visible so you can see the listing exists and check back after a restock. No fake counters or countdown timers are used anywhere on this store.
